My food allergy journey began when my eldest daughter, now 9, was diagnosed with numerous food allergies at 8 months of age.  

I come from an Italian family of food lovers, so being confronted by the void of quality food alternatives and information was almost as shocking as the allergies themselves. So I set myself the task of creating enjoyable food experiences for my daughter.  

After many years of research, experimentation and discovery, I am now an unashamed allergy cooking evangelist; obsessive ingredient label reader; anti-processed foods; wholefood advocate; vegan baker and part-time food scientist ;) Most people think food allergic children miss out on delicious food and are fussy eaters – not in this house!
